Third International Conference on Trends in Electronics and Health Informatics (TEHI-2023) which focuses on experimental, theoretical and applicable aspects of innovations in Healthcare, Biomedical, Artificial Intelligence and Electronics. Electronics and Healthcare informatics has emerged in the health domain providing extremely wide variety of solutions using computational techniques. Healthcare informatics is a spectrum of diverse fields that includes study of the design, development and applications of computational techniques to improve health care. In academia, medical informatics research focusses on applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare and designing medical devices based on embedded systems. Medical informatics also includes modern applications of neuro-informatics and cognitive informatics in the fields of brain mapping and emulation. In the technical fields such as computer engineering, software engineering, bio-inspired computing, theoretical computer science, data science, autonomic computing, and behaviour informatics along with Electronics, researchers are working to provide substantial solutions in the field of Health Informatics for treatment. The Conference aims to provide an opportunity to gather all these researchers, scholars and experts from academia and industry working in the streams of basic and applied sciences, engineering and technology to share their research findings.

Nilanjan Dey

Dr. Nilanjan Dey, an Associate Professor at Techno International New Town, Kolkata, India, also serves as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Reading, UK. Anirban Bandyopadhyay

Anirban Bandyopadhyay, a Senior Scientist at the National Institute for Materials Science, Japan, earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science. Renowned for pioneering a revolutionary human brain model, distinct from Turing tape, he focuses on resonance chains, unveiling an alternative brain map. Bandyopadhyay innovates with a quantum music measurement device and a frequency fractal model. His group's synthesis of diverse organic brain jelly forms showcases groundbreaking contributions to neuroscience and materials science, solidifying his position as a trailblazer in bridging quantum physics and brain research.

Ariful Hasan-Opu

Ariful Hasan-Opu, an esteemed entrepreneur and visionary, is the CEO of e-Soft and Founder of e-Journal, revolutionizing Bangladesh's software industry. Former Director of BASIS, Independent Director of e-generation Ltd, his accolades include 7 National Science Fair Championships. A prolific speaker at 250+ national events, he led IT negotiations globally. A pioneer in space, he underwent Astronaut Training, leading NASA Space Apps Challenge victories. Passionate about youth, he organizes innovative camps, founded the Bangladesh Innovation Forum for 70,000 members, promoting STEM skills. His dedication to advancing Bangladesh's tech sector through education and collaboration underscores his profound impact.

Md Zia Uddin

Dr. Md Zia Uddin, a Ph.D. graduate in Biomedical Engineering from Kyung Hee University, South Korea (2011), is a Senior Research Scientist at SINTEF Digital, Oslo, Norway. With expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, pattern recognition, sensors, human-computer interaction (HCI), and assistive technology, Dr. Uddin is at the forefront of cutting-edge research. His work reflects a commitment to advancing technological solutions in healthcare and digital innovation, contributing significantly to the intersection of biomedical engineering and emerging technologies.

Md. Mostafa Kamal

Mr. Md. Mostafa Kamal, a distinguished civil servant and Director General at the Department of ICT, Government of Bangladesh, embodies visionary leadership. Mohammad Mahdee-uz Zaman
